I haven't been tracking my calories or recording any progress journals lately and it really shows! I was 6 pounds away from reaching my goal and now I am 9 pounds away again. I ate candy and other unhealthy things with reckless abandon the past few weeks. I knew as I was doing it, that it was wrong and would produce negative results. Self-fulfilling prophesy? Maybe. But this is not what I want to look like. Time to start eating healthy again...and planning ahead for hunger attacks.
