I changed my settings to show sodium intake and shocked at how much sodium sneaks into the diet. I can tell when I have had too much sodium as I feel bloated and sluggish. Recommended daily intake is below 2000 but I think even that is too high. I like to season my food so I am sure this is where alot of it comes from...time to make some changes.
