Jornal de got the munchies, 28 out 13

Yea 30 lbs! It's been 4 months and I have reached one of my milestones! It definitely took longer than I expected considering the dietary changes I have undertaken..however I am unable to balance this with alot of exercise (due to injury) so I am content that the numbers continue to go down. In the past I was able to lose extra weight mainly through exercise but overtime I was unable to maintain that schedule of step classes/weight training/significant time in the gym. I am glad to know I have CONTROL over my weight all from my home. I have no fancy equipment (stationary bike and some hand weights only) yet change is happening.
