Surgery went well. Full reconstruction of the ACL. Therapy starts monday! Glad to be on this side of the process, ready to start moving forward again.

I can definitely say that crutches provide and AMAZING upper-body/arm workout!!!!! Maybe there will be some extra benefits to the recovery process. ;-)

So glad to hear the surgery went as planned! And yes, the first couple days on crutches definitely remind you that you have arm muscles, lol. Thanks for checkin in with us hon, take it easy!!
