ok, day 2! well kinda, idk, just wanna log what kinda excersize i do each day, so i'm gonna do that. anyways, today i didn't do any set exercises, but i did a lot of house cleaning, and ended up doing more than 5,000 steps, which i think is a great start! i got sweaty too (ik, ik tmi) but i feel like that means i'm doing something right. i can't remember where i read it, but i think i saw somewhere that if you sweat for 7minutes while exercizing, then for the next 24 hours you burn more fat or something. i don't completely believe it, but it helps me keep hope anyways, so it's good enough for me lmao. i hope y'all are having a great day!!!!
