first day back to working out, and after just a little bit, I'm already pooped out lmao. anyways, here's my log for today (I may or may not wo tomorrow, idky):

•50 chair leg ups
•50 sit ups
•50 arm curls
•50 arm ups
•30 second plank
•20 half push ups

I only realized how much muscle I lost when I started working out, boy was it a lot tougher than I remember. that's ok though, just means I have more to rebuild ;) lmao
