Biggest challenge is eliminating soda. I have been able to eliminate chocolate but soda is much more difficult. I find drinking soda relaxing! Maybe it is a habit of many years but it is the food I crave when I am stressed. I have tried both diet and regular but concernred about the carcinogens in diet sodas so I limit them. 39 carbs in a can of Coke--this is terrible!
