I was so satisfied with my dinner until I saw this. Thanks! LOL Shells are my absolute fav pasta in the world!! I know what my cheat meal is going to be whenever I have one.

Ah yes, NN, I interpreted plat as place but makes more sense as plate. Ugh I am bad with French, even with google. 😂 anyway, It’s just baked shells stuffed with ricotta and sausage. They gave it some name to invoke the chef’s mother like “momma Tusso’s” to capture home cooking memories.  

Awe. 😊 It does look so good! Glad it popped up in my feed again!
