Just comparing calories consumed to calories burned, it looks like I should be losing more than 1 lb per week. Since I swell a lot and retain fluid, I am going to start tracking the sodium as well. I will just have to check my blood pressure more often. When I tried the six week makeover diet my blood pressure dropped a little too low. Also I am going to pray for more and better rest. It is amazing how much fluid will come off when I have had a good night's rest.
