huzzah!!! I got a new scale today, and discovered that I lost 5 more lbs!!! Last night I was swearing up and down that i GAINED weight instead of losing it, but.. hurray! Also discovered sugar free candy. I mean.. i knew that there was such a thing, but i found some that is 0 carbs. I know it's not an every day thing, but i think it will help when i'm just craving a piece of chocolate.
