Confession time. Went off the rails Tuesday night and all day yesterday. Tuesday was good till evening time. I ate 3 snack bags of Quest protein chips and more than a few parmesan crisps and beef jerky. Yesterday was the worst. I got ice cream and ice cream cookie sandwiches from Cold Stone. AND on top of it all, I haven't exercised in 3 days. ugh. Back on track today! Not going to weigh in till I've got 3 days back on track. I'm blaming PMS.
