Hello Peops! Have found that even my little bit of weight lifting daily (with one free day per week) has given me lotsa of energy and helped my metabolism... just clean burning. Usually i would take on some gargantuan exercise regimen or extreme diet and FINALLY i accept the fact that such doesnt work for longevity. Well, atleast not for me, & not right this minute. Now if i had a homestead or some such, perhaps. Being older and a bit more fragile for the wear & tear over the past 11years or so PLUS being morbidly obese for the past 20+ yrs, i must avoid injury and maintain steady progress. (id come up w/something quite profound & catchy a lil bit ago but itz slipped my mind. hopefully it revisits & ill rem to jot it down right away. meanwhile, here's a pic of the carrot soup i was making when it presented.)
