thanks everyone for your encouragement... gonna mention one last resistance (bc otherwise mentioning it may lean toward counter production)... so ive been craving MCD pancakes... you already know! so i went the other day after running errands & found out theyd stopped selling them any time of day. well, today i did my errands early and ALMOST WENT THERE... had my money ready and everything, even got into the correct lane of traffic... but as i waited for the light to change, images from SUPERSIZE vs SUPERSKINNY popped into my head & i swiched lanes to stick with my intermittent fast on my semiKETO and return str8 home instead. 👍😁👍 i think i mean it this time
