Welcome to the site... I have just been a member for a few days but and enjoying the support. Its nice to have some where to be honest. Honesty is almost as hard a battle as the weightloss.... you notice i say almost ;)

Well, what I need to do is to get going on making lunch for myself. Where I will find the time I don't know, probably at the weekends. Have to keep it up!
