What a morning. I decided to run home with the dogs from our cabin rather than wait patiently for my morning coffee to be delivered. On the way we met this beautiful stag. If it wasnt for the dogs I swear he would have continued walking up to greet me. However my dogs finally saw him and off they all did go through the hills. The stag finally came back but the dogs didn’t. So when I got him I hopped on my bike and went looking for them accompanied by my son and husband. We eventually retrieved them but I think this accounted for some of my weight loss today and my late weigh in. Cutting out the sugared tea is also helping..
