It' my Birthday!! I'm 30!! I weigh 153 this morning. I'm not upset, because I'm sore as all getout! And I'm looking smaller in my clothes. So who could be mad @ that! I go to the gym every morning. I started lifting again. Real heavy! So my arm are looking really good! Like the best I have every seen them. I wouldn't say ripped. But I'm getting there. Lol. Have a great rest of the week.
