Now that Halloween is under our belt we get to move forward to Thanksgiving. Though I really wanted to be under 270 at weigh in today, I didn't make it but I surely can't be upset about my losses already. I will just have to work harder and be aware of my surroundings during the come holidays. My next mini goal will be 259 by Thanksgiving, that will mean I will need to lose approx. 3 lbs per week. If I am strict, I think this could work.
