Ok, here we go again. Somehow, I managed to gain about 5 pounds in one week. Not sure how. I haven't changed my eating patterns and with this covid thing we haven't been out to eat in like forever.
Did run through Burger King once this week though. And Subway the week prior. Hmmm. maybe, it accumulated.
