No more "easy" StairMaster!
My trainer kicked me up to the one that looks like an escalator with a rotating set of steps instead of the up/down foot levers.
I did an hour on it the first time! It almost killed me, but I'm itching to get back on it. Apparently, this machine is awesome for slimming out. I assume the amount of copious sweat pouring out of the user is largely responsible! I had to put my clothes in a plastic bag to keep them from seeping through my gym bag.

Otherwise, I'm on phase 3 of my insane diet plan. Phase 3 is the depletion stage. . . Yeah- I know it sounds like a lot of fun. Instead of deriving my protein from a number of sources (chicken, fish, egg white, lean turkey, protein shake), I will only be eating fish or my shake. Instead of rotating 1, 2, 3 meals with complex carbs, I will omit them all together. The only simple carbs I am allowed are from asparagus and cucumbers. No fruit at all (this is really hard for me!!!)

I will only need to do this for a week. My trainer promises that it will be worth it. . . I'm not sure if that's possible! Lucky for me, I have an iron will and I love fish, cucumbers, and asparagus. I'm not sure if I'll like fish very much after this week, however. Why can't I be on an all-you-can-eat seafood and cake diet? Maybe in the next life!
