makan tp paling seminggu sekali. krn gw maunya bulking clean low fat. jd ttp jaga bodyfat biar ga naik. kl cm tempe goreng gpp lah 1 1. tp mesti pake perbandingan 80 20. jd 80% clean eat trs 20%nya bebas.
