My rosacea really flared up overnight! I knew better but still ate the doughnuts. I guess secretively I was in denial and just wanted to test my sugar/rosacea theory out. I really was surprised in how quick the effects were, sugar really is a poison to me... hum I wonder if it also could be the yeast, giving it a double whammy. I will have to look into that thought.
