My rosacea really flared up overnight! I knew better but still ate the doughnuts. I guess secretively I was in denial and just wanted to test my sugar/rosacea theory out. I really was surprised in how quick the effects were, sugar really is a poison to me... hum I wonder if it also could be the yeast, giving it a double whammy. I will have to look into that thought.

Possibly could be yeast. The natural specialist here gave me a diet to rid self of yeast. Cause she said the yeast in all these processed foods is very hard to digest and usually stays in the body resulting in fungi in the body. Sounded gross to have fungus growing inside me. It's very strict! I will need to do some planning before and see how my milk supply will be affected as I am nursing. I am feeling your pain. My sister visited this weekend and ate foods that trigger my IBS so my stomach is bloated as a rock and having pain and cramps! Why do we do this to ourselves?
