Hello FS, looks like my body loves to fast because i'm not hungry until 2pm....i have gone off coffee completely it tastes terrible....Did my blood tests yesterday 95 glucose, 1.0 ketosis... Still painfree (arthritis) and swelling, knee is okslightly better, (injury from working hard)..
appetite has gone, like I forget that I have to eat...but i'm having fat, if meat is lean it's butter...
Sleep i only slept 4 hours, but i fell so refreshed.
Energy lenel very high, no work break yesterday...nails growing like crazy..i do go to bathroom a few times in last 2 days, but i can handle it...
today is 8 days of the Carnivore diet...i actually got a full mirror so, i will take those awful pictures i'm dreading...a lot of you here are an inspirational for me, and that makes this a tad easier..
