Hello FS, well yesterday i was not hungry at all, had to eat had lamb forequarters, they were so yummy, could't eat all, so in the fridge, for today...
Today's observation, nails, they have grown quicker, energy was high yesterday was working and didn't realise to take a break, but I got a lot done, coffee doesn't interest me any more, swelling completely down still no pain, had a bit of a mood swing yesterday, a bit of crying, thinking about my Dad that has passed away years, but i do do this often, so i don't think it has to do with carnivore, but as i said this will be a well documented journal..Hope everyone has a great day...
