Very proud of myself. Walked to and from work yesterday, then went on a 2.26 mi walk with the hubby..during this walk, i actually ran for approx 10 min. This is the first time i've actually ran in who knows how long. Legs are KILLING me today, but it's worth it :) Gonna go out for a walk again today :D
