Hello all, just had lunch....being careful of hidden carbs...like in lemon juice....will get a ketosis monitor thingy... What i've seen in just a few days, my arthritis in hands and knee , swelling has gone, and there is no pain....iam ecstatic......will go for a walk, late afternoon...i think this week, as it is my first true keto week, ill skip the exercise, and just let my body get into ketosis.....also, i took measurements, of my arms, waist bust, thighs, hips.....funny thing is i'm not hungry, so that helps...
