Hello all, i'm new to this, and ive just relised that it's important to log everything, you eat....now i know where i went wrong, so for the last 4 days, ive been sticking to a very low carb 5g, to moderate low protein, high fat diet....well now i don't have hunger attacks....also i keep forgetting to record my water intake which is daily between 2-4 litres.....now because of religious fasting, which is 2 days a week, i cannot have any thing from animals....so i was thinking keto mousse...if anyone has ideas please give me a buzz......i need help folks, i'm entirely on my own....
