Way too much water yesterday - but it's all I drink all day, and when I get busy, I don't pay attention to how much I am drinking. Need to be better about drinking a little more slowly. Very happy with my being able to stick to my not snacking and overeating at suppertime! Sad it took what it did to motivate me - but I am back on the right track.
