I suggest you minimize sugar. As fruit you can eat strawberries, kiwis, forest fruit, blackberries, bananas, pineapples. These will help you burn fat. Make sure the quantities are minimal.

Well, thanks for the advise. I just ate one slice of it. So I don't think it matters. I always check what I can have in a day. So there's no problem with eating a slice of watermelon when you feel like it. I still eat every fruit I want, just in smaller portions. Normally I eat strawberries, nectarine, raspberry, pinapple... And only a banana before I go running. Since I've lost 10 kilo's in 10 weeks, I'm pretty sure I'm doing my best. 😊
