Water weight, blob mostly holding. Interesting to look at. Ate last of the seafood spaghetti sodium feast last night, was truly a delicious treat. I noticed that the oil at the bottom did not congeal, so that means it was olive oil rather than butter - that's actually great news. There's another place I love where it's always a buttery mess at the bottom of the container. Got out of bed with no rib pain this morning, so going for a swim in a minute since the sun is just breaking through the clouds. Definitely May gray here. I don't mind it really, great for working in the yard and doing outside stuff. Decided to have a fiber heavy waffle this morning since I'm jumping in the pool anyways.
Plans are to cook outside tonight for the week. Marinating in olive oil with fresh rosemary, lemon and some special mustard and yogurt. Haven't decided whether I feel like making kababs or not. Probably not since I have no idea if I even have skewers, much less have time to soak them overnight.
