Scale hasn't moved in two days but as I am reading more I am learning this is normal. I think losing 9lbs the first week is pretty good. I do notice I am not as tired as I used to be and it is easier for me to move around. I certainly get full faster and do not get as hungry so I am pretty sure I am on the right track. I think I need to start exercising that might just get things moving again. Jillian I am coming for you on Saturday for three days a week to start!

Congrats Shoobie! Take measurements as the scale often does not reflect our progress. You may be losing inches around your waist, hips, arms, legs etc. and the scale may not show it. Also take note of how your clothes are fitting and how you feel (is it easier to walk a flight of stairs, is there less pain in your joints, do you have more energy, are you sleeping better, etc.). Lots of things besides the scale can show how well we are doing. Keep at it and good luck on your journey!

Thanks so much for your kind words! Yes I am finding it easier to move around, my joints are sooo much better. I find that when I bend down on my legs it is easier to get back up and the pain is almost gone!

Wow congrats on the amazing weight loss. You a truly an inspiration. 9 pounds is a LOT for one week, and the scale will be moving again in no time. Good Luck and keep up the good work!

Thank you so much Banathallah! You saying that I am an inspiration has really got my faith going! So we ate out yesterday at a Red Robbin first time since the 10 days on induction and I was so surprised how helpful they were - stuck to the plan as hard as it was and gave my fries to my hubby, went bun-less and drank water only! I started to throw in 40 squats a day and I am now down 2 more lbs!!!!!!!
