Thanks chestnut! Ive kept to my calorie deficit and walk the dog 4 miles a day and also been doing HIIT workouts and some weight training most days as well. Seems to be helping 🙂 my first milestone is to hit 70kg!

Aw thank you chestnut. Yeah he’s been great with the support! Shame you don’t have a dog.. they’re the perfect reason to get out for walks! Saying that though with the weather being as nice as it is just now - try get out and make the most of it! 🙂

When i was young i had a dog but as my life i didn't have the time the attention they deserve just have a cat, i am walking most days but some days i feel just like staying indoors and develop naughty habits, i am glad you have the support👌

Cats are great for that - they’re so independent! I’ve always been a dog person though.. I’m too needy 😂 I need constant love 😂 and you know what - walking most days is still better than walking no days! I’ve drilled it into my head, whenever I’m doing a workout or a walk and I feel like I’m struggling.. instead of putting pressure on myself - I just think “this is better than doing nothing. Small progress is still some progress”!

can i ask you question do you use a fitness tracker and can you recommend one, i only want one that tracks my walking distance.? You have more go in you than me. I put food down for my cat and thats all she needs.

Yeah! So I used an app called ‘Map my Tracks” on iPhone; you make an account (it’s free!) and then allow its location and then it’ll track your walk. It’ll show a map and tell you how far you walked, how long it took etc all those details. I actually have an Apple Watch now that does it all for me but that app was good for walks 🙂
