Seeing today is my birthday, my birthday wish to myself is that next year I will be at goal or at least very close. Lately I've been doing good at going to the gym for at least 3-4 times a week, doing either Zumba class or on the treadmill or bike. I really want to start to work the abs some more so going to look into the abs class at the Y or start that up at home. Went away for the weekend and was surprised at the loss and I wasn't even trying. I can do this. I just need to stay on track. :)
