Great hike yesterday. Tried to run but knee pain still persists. I will try getting the special reusable tape I had in Spain. Starting to get garden in. Did get out for a quick bike before the rain. Making Moroccan Curry stew today, finish planting.... and haircut.... a Zoom session..... all beginning with a hike with the dogs in the gentle rain. Have a good day everyone.
