Feeling pretty good today, my hubby has been eating my low carb dinners and hes not even dieting and has lost 3lbs! So far I seem to be down 8lbs since I started Monday! Luckily I am not experiencing the Atkins flu symptoms this time around which is good. I do feel a little "weird" in the mornings but I think that is my body adjusting. I am feeling satisfied with my food choices and I know my appetite is getting smaller, I can eat half a two egg omlete with veggies and feel full. Seems like I am getting more energy and I am going to start doing Jillian workout dvd's tomorrow and just stick to three days a week for now, with a mile walk the other 4.
