Feeling pretty good today. Lost 10 lbs first week. I'm sure most of that is water weight, but its great feeling less bloated. Had a good weekend even without the car. Ise and I cooked together and walked to church on Sunday. All in all, a good weekend..not feeling sorry for myself.
