Amazing things happen for me when I desist from wheat products. Happy to announce I am into the 140’s. Had a day of total fasting. It was darn hard as yesterday afternoon, I spent over 3 hours trying to fix my office internet. All I wanted to do was come home to a warming dinner- but was thankfully too late and the urge lessened. Came home to warm tea and reading by the fire with daughter hubby, dogs and two cats. Hope we get to do that again soon! Will break fast tonight with family.
