Don't know? Don't understand! I've been good all week and watched what I eat yet the scale said 131! Maybe I'm in a bouncing ball state since I have started to do some home exercises.
However the really high humidity has sewt in again. So the extra lb is probably water retention. I'll weigh myself again on Thursday when this nasty weather has broken! :)

Water and muscle! Keep up the good exercise and get out your tape measure to prove you are doing the right thing.

Yes, don't rely just on the scale. Use a tape measure as well since you are adding in exercise at home. You may see inches melt off but no change on the scale.
