I've been walking up early, and usually the first thing I do is make breakfast. I tried exersizing before breakfast yesterday, but I was so groggy I couldn't make it. Today, I went for a walk, did some yoga, and read a short story before I even looked at food. Maybe that's why breakfast tasted soo good!😅
