Sounds good! I’m going to try that! I love pumpkin. I recently found a recipe with pumpkin purée that is yummy, if interested.
1 box sugar free brownie mix
1 can pumpkin purée
2 tbsp reduced fat peanut butter (best way is to soften peanut butter in microwave for a few seconds)
-Preheat oven to 350
-Mix pumpkin and brownie mix until as smooth as you can get
-Pour into a greased (I used canola spray) 9x9
-Put peanut butter on top and use a knife to spread it into batter
-Bake for 30-35 minutes. (Or until you like the consistency).
Cut into 1” squares and it’s only 42 calories per square!
I may try adding a bit of walnuts next time which would up calorie count and add a little crunch.

yes yes! should be a staple in the pantry. I miss my grandma and aunts who always had stuff like this made lying around.
