Oh my gosh, made steak kabobs for dinner, haven't done that in a while with veggies, they were so tasty, and a big hit with the kiddos. I think I will be doing that again real soon!

Oh that sounds good too! You know what I just love lately is mushroom, zucchini, and onions grilled on the grill with olive oil. It is my new favorite. I think I have read that the carbs go up with sauteed onion or cooked onions. Does anyone know about that? Just curious...although, I would be so sad it that is true...
