i have been feeling very engergized and every happy about my self trust me i am NO where near where i want to be but i am happy i have a supportive family and work group and i can even get on the internet and meet ppl that are trying to do the same this i know with this support things will get better...this month i know i will be far away from 200 pound hallejuah thank you god in advance <3
