SO.. This weekend want very good. I live in Tallahassee and it was Miami v. FSU game and there was tailgating!! I didnt eat much at all, actually only some chicken but I did drink more then I would like to admit. Well now I feel guilty and I weighed myself to see the damage and I went up 3 pounds!! Ah!! I am hoping to reach lose the weight i gained and some before the week is over with. I am planning on doing a detox with the addition of chicken to it!! SO hopefully I will be able to lose some!! Usually if I gain fast i lose fast too. I am committed to it and there is another game this weekend but my fiance is coming in town so hopefully he can whip me into gear. But I have already had a taste of the 160's and I am ready to get back!! And some!! Im telling you I am so inspired to hit the 150's!!! I will be one commited fool when i hit them because that is such a hurdle for me to get to and anything past that is just amazing!!! SO hopefully when i get there I will not care to even think about cheating!! Even though this past weeks weight loss is pretty inspiring!! But yeah just keepin everyone updated!!
