lately. I just want to eat everything in sight even when I am full. this tells me I'm either not getting the right nutrition out of my food.... or the munchies are just hitting me hard.

I'm not making the best good choices but I've definitely cut back my portions like crazy. Small steps! Proud of myself so far. I'm sure everyone gets those days (or weeks) were you just want to eat everything in sight haha 😋

better to give into the munchies in a small way then totally binge on an entire cake or something.

Me too!!! Wow! Then i said to myself fill up with veggies so if you war again you will still have calories. For example today i eat berries and a banana for breakfast. Then for lunch i had a big bowl of homemade tabboule and a small chicken breast around 1:30. Now its 20:40 and i am still full. But i know that if i have a small sandwich it will be ok because of the light calorie intake i had suring the day. 😃😃

That was me 6 months ago! I felt out of control and very concerned about my future. In October, I stopped eating all bread, with the exception of the occasional whole wheat wrap or pita. I concentrated on vegetables and lean meat (bacon now and then). I stopped using sugar in my regular coffee and when I have a latte or a fog, I use 1/2 the syrup. Every Wednesday night, hubby and I have a bowl of our favourite ice cream but that is my only cheat. 6 out 7 nights I never eat after supper. I did all of this in stages and have taken off 46lbs. I am 52 and for the first time in my life have lost 1/3 of the weight I want to lose, and want to keep going. Good luck!

I've definitely taken a lot of steps to try to resrict myself once a craving flares up and I have noticed that I don't feel the same satisfaction when I give in to my cravings. My whole outlook around food has changed as well. I see it as more of a way to fuel my body and give it what it needs rather then a means to deal with boredum or emotional baggage. Took me a long time to figure it all out.... Good luck to everyone! We got this 💪
