I love this time of year, when asparagus is in season. Bought lots of fresh fruit and vegetables yesterday. Spent a few hours in the kitchen today prepping it. I find I am more likely to fix it, if it's already cleaned and cut. Made cauliflower and asparagus with our roasted chicken tonight. Had to say no to the stuffing because of gluten, but those fresh veggies made up for it.
