Today we'll be celebrating the birthday of one of my BFFs. So I've entered all the info for the cake, guessing it will be cut into 15 pieces and assumed that I'll eat two pieces so I already added it to my food diary.

Guess this will be a "cheat" day...

Great idea! I always do that, saving my calories especially when i am going to a friend party or shopping. Estimating is the best thing for our calories, better from skipping to add our daily food. Keep it that way!

I also did an additional 30 mins on the elliptical today to try and help balance out that I didn't eat the best.
