Yesterday was a bad day. Teenagers. One day at a time I guess unless the stress gets to me first.

I did not mean to intentionally eat so little calories, but there simply was no hunger because of the teen drama. Life is always throwing curve balls. We best be good at catching.

I get that too (as hard as it is to believe) - stress days and don't want to eat. I just have to be cautious when things calm so I manage recovery. Teenagers... gah... I think it'd be easier on us AND them if they could just be put into a deep sleep until they're 20!

Lol! Oh, if only that was an option! Teenage girls can be a handful! Things are much better today - thank goodness. I still don't feel hungry, but I know I will have to eat dinner at least. My exercise did wonders for relieving some of my stress today and boy did I need that outlet. But, at least the dust is settling and calm is returning back into the home. Having a supportive husband is priceless.
