yep the app is key to me getting back into the groove too. its like the gym for me. i can do the work but need someone pushing me. even if i just track my weight and leave my settings on public so y'all can see where I'm at, it creates the push I need! i only track food frankly to see where my carb count is.

I'm doing a calorie reduction for now and it's going really well. Down the road once I get closer to my goal I might have to switch things up but for now I am happy. The gym is a future goal!
