I'm doing much better this month! Of course I haven't gone on a vacation or had all you can eat and drink at baseball :) It feels easier to eat less than it did a few weeks ago but there has been a couple times where i actually felt hungry. One where i ate a cookie after dinner (but was still below my daily calories) and yesterday after lunch. I think that was because I had a piece of pizza sitting on my desk - and if i see food I want it. I was going to drink some tea because I find that to be an appetite suppresant but i got busy with work and forgot about it.
