So, I've been at home since Friday. Well, seeing my best friend, then family, for a few days. I'm having a VERY hard time recording any food at all... it's like my mom gives me a muffin she made that's low cal, but no info on it, just approx. calories in it and stuff... same with my dad making dinner. I went out and bought snacks that I can know I can snack on without feeling guilty so that I had something to eat, but I'm frustrated that I can't record my actual food...
I'm going to try and estimate... but the morning muffin I had I have no idea. It's some no sugar added creation of my mom's that tastes TERRIBLE. I hate to tell her. I told her she needed to use splenda or truvia to make them... I only ate the top, tossed the stump.
Also, I was going through boxes of stuff with my mom earlier, to help them downgrade on the amount of stuff we have, and I tweaked my back on my left side. BAD. I have an old injury, but honestly I haven't done anything to it for about 2 years and all of a sudden, while picking up a stack of PAPERS... BOOM. Fell, can't move it, it hurts whenever I put weight on my left side. OF COURSE this happens before I work out tonight, and now I'm afraid I won't be able to do it, because I can't even take a step or cough without a sharp pain soaring through my back and side... WTF.
Weighed myself on my moms scale too. Up from my last weight, still 2lbs. I don't care about profanity, so if you do, stop reading.
FUCK THIS BULLSHIT I AM SICK AND TIRED OF TREADING WATER AROUND THE SAME NUMBER OVER AND OVER... THIS IS CRAP.
