Eggs, chicken, porridge, certain veg. Pretty much all I've got at the moment lol. I'm know what I'm like so I'm going to be insanely strict for the first little while and slowly find other stuff I can add in. Otherwise I'll be forever telling myself 'oh it's only a few carbs, it won't matter' and sabotaging myself. I'm thinking of doing wraps tomorrow. Diced chicken with some sort of flavouring (probably either cajun or tandoori because I have so much of both) with peppers wrapped in the leaves of a little gem lettuce. Absolutely delicious 🤤
